WOMEN

Tops and bottoms
From body size tees and underwear all the way to polo shirts with flat knit rib or fully fashion collar, fashion tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, and bottoms such as pants, skirts, dresses, shorts and capris.

Fabrics
Jersey, waffle, rib, sheer fabrics from 60-110 grams/sq mt, pique, ottoman, jacquards full and mini, interlock, moulinee (marled), fleece, French terry, terry, velour and a variety of textures and blends using fibers like cotton; Pima and Supima (extra-long staple cotton), Tanguis (Peruvian) and other types, polyester, viscose, Modal, Tencel, Lyocel, lurex, lycra and spandex. In yarn dye stripes we can have either feed or engineered with up to 7 colors with some restrictions.

Finishing/washes

Fabrics
Mercerized, gassed, brushed, emerized (sanded or peach skin), bio-polish, compacted, anti-microbial, wicking and UV protection, dry-fit among others.

Garments Washes
Basic garment wash with softener (silicone), stone, enzyme, vintage, authentic, dry-bleach, sun-bleach, chroma, acid, destroy, dip-dye and burn-out both all over as well as focalized.

Dye techniques
Reactive, garment dyed, Direct dye, Pigment, Tie dye in different shapes and methods, Dip dye, Splatter dye, stencil, spray bleach and other different effects and combinations that are updated constantly.

Embelishments

Prints
Placed direct print, rotary screen print both in reactive and pigments, flat bed in pigment, laser and Digital prints. On Screen Prints (max print size of 38”) we have several techniques available, plastisol, waterbase, discharge and transfer, can use following products, foil, glitter, direct flock, caviar, high density, puff, reflective, etc. We also have sublimation prints in polyester based fabrics, both placed and allover.

Transfer embellishments
Rhinestones, rhinestuds, stones, peals, studs, sequins, transfer flock, welding, etc.

Embroidery and Apliques
All types and techniques including chunky (hand-stitch), lurex, hand (sequins, stones, beads, etc), felt applications both as transfer and direct, grommets, eyelets, lace, bows, shiffling, velvet, woven fabrics, sequins, nicking, drilling, holes etc. Computerized laser cut is also available for any design that you might desire.

Fabrics
Denim from 7.5 oz to 16 oz. OE/OE, Ring/OE, OE/stretch, ring/stretch from classic blue to blue black. Corduroy, twill, rip stop, poplin, canvas, broken twill, sateens and high end fabrics up to NE140/2 pima cotton in both solid and yarn-dye.

Finishing/washes
Garment dyed, pigment garment dyed, stone, chroma, vintage, vagabond, acid, enzyme wash etc.

Embelishments
Placed print, water-base print, rotary screen print, different kind of embroideries, appliqués, sequins, studs, rhinestones etc.
